“Izzy, go home.” Her boss Jaime said, stepping out of her office. “You have worked late every night this week, but tomorrow is the meeting, so we find out whether we nailed them down or not.” She tapped her chin, “You know what.. come in my office first.”

Izzy yawned, stretched out on her chair, and rubbed her eyes. She hadn’t even noticed how much time had passed. Jaime wasn’t lying, if they made this deal, quite a lot of people were going to make quite a lot of money. She stood up and her bones creaked from hours at her desk and stepped into her boss’s gorgeous office. Big open spaces, glossy wooden furniture. It felt homey and she found that when she was in meetings here, she always felt at ease.

Jaime was sitting back down at her desk, and Iz watched as she took a key from one drawer to unlock another, taking out a gorgeous crystal decanter and two glasses. “We’ve both earned this…” she said as she poured the two glasses.

Izzy thought about saying no, not wanting to be tipsy on the ride home, but it was such a genuine offer from a woman that was always so stiff, she felt it was just good business to sit down and sip.  

They raised their amber glasses and toasted their good work. Izzy was surprised at just how smooth it went down. “Oh my… that’s…” 

Jaime smiled, “That’s a hundred dollars a bottle. You’ve earned a drink, and if this goes through, a bonus.” 

Izzy beamed. She wasn’t sure whether Jaime ever noticed her. It seemed they barely spoke through anything but emails these days. Her tongue tingled with the liquor, “Why thahnk yowooo..” she blinked, straining to make words. She had one sip.. was it an allergy? “Thoo…nk…” she strained at her words.

“Oh my sweet thing. I love how you never remember…. you always treat this as your first glass…you always seem to need to convince yourself… and then I say ‘Remember Me’ and..

Izzy’s mind exploded in colors, strobes, spirals, curled around Jaime’s legs beneath the desk. Head, encased between her thighs. Spreadsheets that blinked words all day long. She was Jaime’s pet. She loved being Jaime’s pet. She slipped off her seat, pulling her skirt to reveal the skin above her thigh highs and the lack of panties. Had she known all day she wasn’t wearing underwear? She didn’t know… she only knew now that so much of her staying after hours was being where she belonged. So many nights, sipping her Mistress’s whiskey and hearing her words… so many perfect nights.
