There’s actually some important things to update on this time, so please take a second to read it, especially if you ordered a merch bundle!!

• Next week we will be opening our store for sales of left over merch! April 20th is the date, and we will make an announcement when it’s open!
• Most people should have received their physical bundles by now, but don’t panic if you haven’t yet! Sometimes things arrive slower than expected.
• That being said, if you haven’t received your package by April 18th, please get in contact! The Royal Mail wont consider a package lost until April 20th if you’re in Europe, or April 26th if you’re anywhere else. Because of that, we wont be able to open a case with them for your package until those dates, but if you get in contact before then, we can set aside a replacement bundle in case it doesn’t arrive.
• Because extra sales go up on April 20th, if you contact us after that point we can’t guarantee we’ll have a complete bundle to send you, in which case you’ll have the choice between a full refund, or we can send you what is still available of the bundles and give you a partial refund of everything that’s missing. Full bundle replacements will be offered at a first-come-first-serve basis while stocks last!
  
• The absolute latest you can contact us about an undelivered package is May 24th. As we’ve said, we plan to donate all profits of the zine and extra sales to The Planetary Society on May 25th, so any claims made after that, we wont have the money to refund you anymore, and we may not have the merch to send out again.
