This is Noi Siva, a stray that got picked up by Team Rocket. He’s under Executive Karen’s wing who teaches him how to use a computer. As an engineer and builds all kinds of gadgets for his teammates, Noi is a hotheaded guy and quickly learns to take no shit from anyone.

Being a long-time fan of ATWWTTA, surfi definitely inspired me to make my own OC and write his story. I can’t thank her enough because, well, thanks to her I was able to become friends with a bunch of people and have a ton of fun with them and learn a whole lot.
