I bloat like no other, especially after eating it’s normal, almost everyone bloats! Especially if you’re getting adequate fiber. I also have rolls, which is also normal. No matter how skinny or fit I get, if I lean over - I’ll roll! And that’s OKAY!
Stop hating and start loving your body. It bloats because it’s digesting the yummy food you just ate! You have folds/rolls because of your skin! Which keeps all your internal organs from falling out Your fat that you hate so much keeps you warm, soft and cushy.
It’s okay to want to strive for health and fitness goals, but make sure to Love yourself where you are at (or else you’ll never feel good enough)
