there are few things as reliably good as @tristamateer ’s poetry. i always seem to find myself reaching for her books when im sad or in a slump. even if its a reread of a collection ive previously experienced, her books always seem to be the cure im looking for. her newest book, when the stars wrote back. is no exception. its wonderful and empowering and is full of incredible illustrations to make reading it an even better experience. if you havent read this one, you definitely should.
