Prior to picking up the ‘birds I was (and still am) a massive Captain Scarlet fanatic, and I’ve always had this crackpot theory of Rigby reminding me too much of Captain Blue for it to be unintentional so I threw this together… surely I’m not the only one who’s thought this?
