I don’t usually post personal things but;

10 years ago today I lost someone who was the rock of my family, not only did she have the kindest heart, a smile that would warm your spirit, she always wanted her family to be happy. She encouraged me to sing in my younger years and to this day, I still can’t sing “wind beneath my wings” as she loved me singing that song. She gave to best hugs - you can think of, At times I couldn’t even breathe lol! A lady who was so adventurous and loved to travel and see the world. She was always funny, life of the party and made everyone feel special. Life hasn’t been the same since she left us and I for one have become a lot harder in myself, as I don’t have her there to talk too, she calmed me and soothed my soul whenever I had a problem, she always knew how to sort me out - when I felt down or sad. I miss her voice everyday, but I have memories and things around me that remind me of her. 10 years have passed and your memory will always live on. I hope your proud of me that I kept up the singing, I gave up for 7 years as I didn’t have you there. But I know now you’re always on my shoulder
