Muay Thai is the science of eight limbs, and like it’s American sister the “Sweet Science” of Boxing it’s a fantastic work out. RCW prides itself on the connection to the World Thai Boxing Association. 

The WTBA is one of the largest and most credible organizations for Muay Thai Kickboxing around. Our top coaches at RCW have trained all over the world and have worked closely with the WTBA for almost 20 years. 

Students in Muay Thai learn the foundations of kickboxing first through warm up, stance and footwork. Then we amp up the conditioning as we move into combinations and technique. Finally we close the session with optional sparring. This legitimate form of Muay Thai typically burns about 800 calories per hour, but more than that it gives you a method for growth and development both inside the training hall and out.
