I feel overwhelmed with joy for the immense beauty and blessings of the last decade. I did @marieforleo’s decade in review and it was astonishing to see what was accomplished – reaching goals and sharing many moments beyond my wildest dreams. The past year itself has had immense beauty, incredible community and friendships which I desired and am so grateful for, outstanding growth and opportunities, it also had intense hardships and a lot of tears.

I love affirmations and here is one inspired by the teachings #LouiseHay. I release that which no longer serves me and embrace that which does. I forgive all that needs forgiving, and I forgive myself. I look forward to 2020 with new hope, faith, love, passion and am excited to see what the next decade brings.
