as I’ve gotten older I’ve really learned to relish the time I have with my elders. my heart passed away last year and I feel the difference without her spirit here on earth. even if my spirituality is centered on me and my ties with islam are complicated, in her absence my life has significantly changed. nobody prayed for me the way she did she def kept the evil eye away recently im learning about what rituals help me ground me so I can protect myself from harm.
