I was trying not to cry earlier in front of one of my favorite artists doing a quick sketch for me of my best boys EK Weaver’s (aka @bigbigtruck the artist behind The Less Than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal) art has helped me through some really tough times so it means a lot to me that she was kind enough to offer sketches at this Anime on Ice event. I’ve read TJ and Amal countless times when I was feeling really low and her talent for giving her characters real depth and soul always helps put my mind at ease.
