The girl pictured here is nearly totally immobilized.  No arms and a wide spreader would make life difficult enough.  But with ballet boots as well!  By the look on her face (what we can see of it) she knows her next command will be “Stand Up!!” and she knows that she will spend the next hour or so rolling around on the floor trying to execute that normally simple maneuver.  She also know that her flopping about on the floor trying to get up will also cause her bare butt to be exposed most of the time as a target for a cane to punish her repeatedly as she fails to obey the order.
