Aureus of Hadrian and on the reverse side, his deified adoptive parents, Trajan and Plotina - the coin issue is dated to after AD 128, when Hadrian assumed the title ofPater Patriae,‘Father of his Fatherland’.  This is hard to reconcile with the very youthful-looking portrait on the observe. -The Emperor Hadrian, Thorsten Opper
