My hair is naturally medium ash blonde…should I bleach it or dye it darker to get the red out

My hair is naturally medium ash blonde…should I bleach it or dye it darker to get the red out?! PLEASE HELP!!!! :(((

Tone it if you want to go lighter or dye it darker if that’s what you want.
