Home made beef jerky is the best Grass-fed beef from New Zealand, the marinade is a mixture of organic tamari, pineapple vinegar, raw forest honey, fish sauce, chili, paprika, sea salt, garlic and onion. I also sneakingly added some yak bone collagen powder to counteract tryptophan, which is anti-thyroid and inflammatory Well we eat lots of jelly so it is not really necessary but still, it made me feel better to add it .
