EVERYTHING I NEED IS WITHIN ME ☕️️Sundays are for yoga & reading " the theme of today’s yoga class was “fear”. I myself experience fear in a daily basis- mostly it’s fear of not being good enough. Most of the time our fears are absolutely stupid and we know it (but are scared anyway). Let’s face it: “worrying is literally betting against yourself”. So for this week I chose a mantra to go with this, stepping out of your comfort zone, being brave and trying new things and not worrying about all the bad stuff. repeat after me: EVERYTHING I NEED IS WITHIN ME
