My morning practice and #meditation was dedicated to #paris today. Spent every second with my son today thinking how grateful I should be to be able to hold someone I love. I can’t imagine the pain people in Paris and especially those who lost the loved ones are going through. #prayersforparis #coexist #worldpeace
