There are some built in height and body ratio differences, please zero out height sliders if you want this to work exactly as it was made. This was made with my own sims’ body sizes, clothes, and with 3 masculine frames; you may experience clipping and/or hover hands with sims of different body shapes, but they are unisex, like all poses
