Day 1: I had the most amazing experience buzzing my head. I went to a local barber shop, well known in Seattle. I walked in, said I wanted my hair shaved off and no one looked at me like I was crazy. I had all positive vibes coming my way. Victoria was the sweetest human. She made me comfortable and eased my anxiety. She was patient and beared with my emotions. I didn’t cry, and had no doubts but my hair is a huge part of who I am. This was a huge thing for me. As soon as I was shaved I knew I had done the right thing. I loved it. I was excited, and so proud of myself. Everyone I know loved it. Not that I was looking for people’s opinions, but getting compliments always feels great. I can’t get over how fuzzy and round my head is. I love every part. I can’t believe how pretty I feel with a shaved head. I have never felt prettier. Today was a good day.
