Transformation/flashback all in one. February 29th 2020 to Nov 14th 2020 Said time to crack down and make sure diet is on point. @cementfactory Dropped the Hammer. Actually very small adjustments was eating huge cheat meal 1x weekly and consistently dropping bodyfat. The whole prep for this past show i did less cardio overall trained less days per week and had a lot of frequent refeeds towards the end of prep. I achieved my best conditioning ever and had more muscle mass on my frame than ever before. Did i suffer on diet…Absolutely Did I struggle with the amount of cardio I had….Absolutely But I always reached deep inside and gave it everything I had. I do not quit period!!!
