Deep gratitude for @katewoodhall and @hthrloo for thinking of me in the
#womensupportingwomen challenge. I’m loving seeing so many of my favorite faces in my streams today and reading these women’s words. I’m behind on my class work and my daily writing for pushing my freelance business forward, so I’m going to try to get to the teaching out part of the challenge later this week.

Today was a struggle. The anxiety ran pretty strong under the surface all day - about finances, work, school, the state of ::everything:: my family back home, biting off more than I can chew, chewing harder, menopause…
*
Instead of catching up I spent the late afternoon and evening working in my gardens. I built teepees for my pole beans to climb with 18’ tall bamboo cut from my friends’’ grove, pulled weeds, pruned and tied up tomatoes.
*
I feel grounded, connected to my purpose, and wild, and ready to rise to meet the challenge of the rest tomorrow.
