“As of now, plans are still in place to hold NOIR CITY 19 at the Grand Lake Theatre, January 20–23, 2022. To ensure proper social distancing within the venue, however, Passports and advance ticket sales for NOIR CITY have been temporarily suspended, with the auditorium having reached 50% of capacity. If you hold an all-access NOIR CITY Passport, or purchased tickets for individual shows online, you are assured of a seat — if the festival proceeds. Walk-up tickets may be available on show days. Check the NOIR CITY website and social media feeds for latest updates.

"Should the event be postponed due to COVID concerns, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled festival. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may have your tickets refunded or you may donate the cost of the unused tickets to the Film Noir Foundation.
