Pa Kent fights the possessed Superboy, and maneuvers him to a large freezer. The alien entity leaves the weakened Superboy but gets frozen solid as he exits the Kryptonian hero. Dr. Peterson & Pa Kent pull Superboy from the freezer and revive him.
