God, I hate this character so much. But it’s so well written that I love him as well, Peter Blomquist made an excellent work with this character. 
Seriously though, everytime he called Arthur “black lung” I wanted to teleport myself to the game and give him a not-so-nice talk >:(
Anyway, he’s a great antagonist, also I like his design, so I drew him. Took me a while to finish tho… wonder why…
