i made a working version of the writing cube from the game fez! 1 small wood cube plus some cut up cork coasters for the stamping parts (which are clean in the photo, but now perma-black from ink lol)

compared to the in-game cube image, i had to horizontally flip one of the faces since i’m using this as a stamp instead of just to look at, but that seems like a fair change to me / sth the creators might have not thought about or purposely ignored since even if theoretically the in-game artifact represented a writing tool such as i have made, it’s use to the player is to be looked at as-is
