Today at the beach @epicself and I tried this partner yoga pose. I’ve never even attempted this before with anyone. At first, I was turned the other way, but was afraid I’d hurt her ribs. So I turned the other way and found a great stability with my hands on her hips. She held this wheel pose for a long time while I tried new positions and walked all over her belly! Sometimes it takes some playtime with someone to get to know how strong and supportive they truly are. And she is truly as great in real life as she is as an #Acroyoga base. Definitely the kind of rockstar angel I want on my team. ✨ I’m amazed that we had 2 spontaneous people register today for our yoga training immersion!
