@mantramagazine asked me, What was your biggest struggle and how did you come through..? I don’t know how to sum up all my response in 1 sentence, however the 4 car accidents I have been in over the years have been the near death moments that have woken me up and required me to get back into alignment, made me faithful to my yoga path and opened my eyes to the powerful world of self healing and transformation available to us all, if we will take the time to learn and focus on what is possible in every moment. This is what inspires me most. Everyone has the potential to change their life in a positive way. What about you? Has yoga helped you over come Sw big challenges and struggles? I’m writing a book so soon I will invite submissions if you have a great story to share, you could be featured in my next book. _____
