(there’s a second link in there too) i’m always changing my routine and just by skimming through what I read previously, my whole routine, while it may not SEEM very different, has had a lot of changes done to it. in terms of diet, I feel like I fit into the idea of “slow cutting/bulking” where I don’t eat a TON of excess calories when I bulk, and I don’t go on a huge defecit when I cut. you know I get a fair amount of fitness questions and. im making my own website right now, right? I might wanna make a forum like section where I can answer these fitness questions in a more organized format
