I did 2 walks yesterday! Yay! Except that I totally ate it near the end of my second walk. I tripped in a pothole and fell flat on my face. I got scraped up pretty good. my hand hurts the worst, I was bleeding so I put a bandage on before taking the picture. I’m laying low today. This is the first day in at least 2 weeks that I haven’t gone on a walk or done some sort of workout. But I’m just feeling pretty banged up, so I’m giving myself permission to take a day off.
