Mercury retrograde should be a period of introspection
It’s not the moment for big steps, important decisions or a lot of action. Rather than focusing on outer achievements, we are invited to slow down a bit, go within and reflect. Mercury governs communication and transport - all kinds of worldly systems can be affected right now and this can potentially create a lot of stress and tension around you
You might want to invest more time into self care routines and take extra good care of your body. Choose what nourishes you - dancing, a hot bath and face mask, delicious & wholesome meals, walks in nature… Especially after my Kambo experiences a few days ago I am definitely in need of that!

Instead of forcing things or starting a new project I really recommend to take that time for yourself to reconnect. Focus on things that ground you and make extra time for mediation and journaling to ensure awareness around the inner shifts that are taking place. Use this period and the Pisces energy for rituals and getting in touch with a deeper truth within you - so that you can move forward with more clarity and connection when Mercury goes direct again in March…
