Full moons are a time to release which no longer serves you, what you no longer need in your life or an aspect of yourself that you have outgrown.

Taking a few moments, you’ll write down what you wish to release from your life, what limiting beliefs you want to be free from, what no longer serves you or what you want to let go of. (Burn these papers after SAFELY if you can and let the smoke take these intentions to the Universe.) Then we will be doing light breathing exercises to move our energy. Lastly, lay back and relax as the sound bowls and Moon Gong harmonize an exquisite sound massage for the mind, body and soul.

No meditation experience required!

Suggestions: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water. You will be laying down for over 30 minutes so having extra cushions on hand is encouraged for ultimate relaxation and be sure the hydrate after.
