I’ll never forget the day I watched a video about how animals are kept then slaughtered. The scabby fish being pulled from the polluted sea then sold as “fresh”. It was a Sunday. Since watching that video I’ve turned vegetarian. I’ve seen my body change, my skin glow and i’m lifting more than ever at the gym. I feel amazing. All this from fruit and veg. Whilst I bought meat I was contributing to the pain and suffering of these poor animals. I loved my meat and fish but at what cost? I haven’t looked back, maybe one day the animals will be treated better, the polluted fish won’t be scabby and I might go back, but for now i’m happy eating things that are grown, not killed.
