They say summer bodies are made in the winter, but I’m not training my body just for the summer months. I’ve made a complete lifestyle change. I made the decision to LEVEL UP in everything in 2019. Leveling up in my spirituality. Leveling up in my health. Leveling up in my Finances. Leveling up in my self care, self pleasure and self Love. Practicing self love IS leveling up to be the best that I can be. I have gone through many ups and downs with this body. Gaining weight and losing it. Repeating a very harmful cycle of binge eating and then placing myself into starvation mode. I had to recognize that as an issue. I’m not doing that anymore. And I’m choosing now to love on my body though regular movement and meditation to maintain a healthy state consistently. I’ve never felt this good in my body in my life! The month of May is a month of Major Motivation for me.
