Wages of Fear (1953) is ranked number 266 on the TSPDT list of the 1,000 Greatest Films.
Critic Leslie Halliwell gave the film three out of four stars and wrote “After too extended an introduction to the less than admirable characters, this fascinating film resolves itself into a suspense shocker with one craftily managed bad moment after another.”
The film is an honorable mention to my best 1,001 films.
