Spent the day riding around with my realtor looking at properties in Hemlock and Honeoye Falls. Next week we are doing Ithaca. I know that you probably think that I am crazy for looking to purchase a new property. I just bought my house in May 2016. But I really want more freedom than the city can give me and my realtor says that I can flip my house for almost double what I paid once the new roof goes on next week. So. I am poking around and seeing what is available. It is nice to have a dream on the table… : )
