I’m just going to call this weekend “The Lost Weekend.” It was boozy, I ate a lot, and I did not take pictures of my food. Cleaner eating today, save for half an Arby’s roast beef. Today is also Day 1 of Operation 64 fl oz. My poor bladder.

Btw I like kale best when it is cooked with garlic and then tossed with bacon. Delicious.
