Balance isn’t something you need to strive for

I haven’t had a social life since 2015 and being out here in Mexico has provoked me to think about my work life balance which I haven’t thought about in a long time
✨
I started trying to create a balance like - I’ll only party on weekends and separate my lifestyle from my work as a coach but they are one in the same
✨
My coach has helped me see that coaching supports me in creating the lifestyle I live and the lifestyle I live supports the work I do as a coach - the balance takes care of itself✅
✨
I spent the first 6 weeks here doing absolutely everything but working on my business - complete vacation mode
✨
Toward the end of the time I was more than ready to get back into working because my natural balance kicked in
✨
When balance kicks in it’s up to us to listen to it and start taking action & being patient with yourself if it takes a while for you to warm up
