Layers of judgment solidify and become parts of our personalities and a personality is a mask over the true version of who we are

When we drop these judgments of ourselves we deepen our own capacity for love and that’s where the magic happens

Deepening our capacity for love is what enriches our experience of life because it allows us to love others more deeply and create connection✅

Analysing our behaviour long after the events have passed only paves the way for more judgment - letting go is how we save ourselves from the overthinking
