I saw an interesting picture of a rocking chair and was inspired to create something similar to match with some objects from Eco Lifestyle! It has 15 Swatches and functions like the Nifty Knitting rocking chair.

Also, an update about the broken windows/doors. No batch-fix yet, but the SIms 4 Studio team appear to still be working on it. So I still haven’t fixed them manually yet.
