popular media told kids this all the time in the 90s. which is weird when you think about it. a noticeable amount of kid’s movies had a storyline like “millionaire wants to cut down all the trees, we gotta stop him, guys!”
Somewhere between the ‘90s and now the overall theme of kids tv has shifted from “Do what is right”to “Obey” and I am severely uncomfortable with it.
Seriously look at Paw Patrol, they have a Cop Dog that uses a drone to spy on people…..that couldn’t have been made in the 90s, the cop dog would have to be the villain.
