This is probably the last bit of attention this game deserves. My summation after finally playing Phantasy Star III through is that it is pretty much player abuse.

 But it is funny, cuz your “main characters” keep getting into loveless boring arbitrary marriages and squirting out progressively boringer children that your timeless robot characters then have to babysit in the later generations of the game. Really, the inter-generational gimmick made everything and everyone absolutely pointless, except for the robots. Especially when you consider that all of the multiple endings are BASICALLY THE SAME.
