On the surface, Kazuma looks like a sports loving jock who has known nothing but a decent life in the Middle Ring. However, he’d rather be in a kitchen or reading comic books than running around a field. Oh, and of course spending time with his childhood sweetheart Nivera Steele, the cheetah next door or her “little” brother and his best friend Joeri. The three of them decided to volunteer after escaping an abusive childhood, determined to find a better life for the three of them, and possibly others. After proving his abilities, he ends up heading the Garrison division and with the Steele twins is an outspoken Wilder rights activist, going so far as to adopt the youngest member of the group, Yirk Gubbins as a little sister.
