Some Wrynn family stuff, including young Varian, his parents Taria and Llane, and Anduin.

I have a few headcanons about young Varian, including one where Llane let him grow out his hair, but as soon as Varian arrived to live with Arthas, the new advisors cut his hair to Mop!Anduin length, and he’s really sour about that. He reminds Anduin a lot that he doesn’t need to get lengthy haircuts if he doesn’t want to.

I know Ingame Llane doesnt have a beard, but I really think he looks better with one, so I’ve given him one.

Also, Anduin needs grandma hugs.

Kyrian Anduin in an AU where he was killed by the Divine Bell. He holds onto parts of his human form so that he can be recognizable to his father when his father passes. Also, idea, but much like Uther was scarred, imagine the emotional trauma from his encounter with Garrosh left faint crack marks, akin to the cracks on the bell. Despite being dead, he sometimes feels the echos of pain he would have felt had he lived.

Based off that idea that Anduin loses his memory in Mists of Pandaria and lives in a remote Pandaren village for years until he determines he has a connection to a city called Stormwind through many vague dreams. He gets there and is recognized by the priests at the Cathedral, who send for Varian immediately. I think this is him hearing his name being called when Varian arrives and for a moment he is confused because he still doesn’t know who that is or why they know each other.

SO BASED ON WOWHEAD’S SHAW ARTICLE, ON THE INFO WE HAVE OF THE NEW BOOK, AND TWITTER SPECULATION, I HAVE A THEORY.

Anduin goes MIA to the shadowlands, and doesn’t return to Stormwind until late Shadowlands expac OR 10.0. Due to previews of the book, we know that Anduin leaves Turalyon in charge, and we know Shaw/Genn arn’t fans, AND if there is one thing for sure, we’re likely to get a Light vs. Shadow expansion at some point. While Anduin is away, the Light begins expanding it’s power, and uses Turalyon and his army of the lightforged to overtake or corrupt Stormwind, causing great rifts to splinter the Alliance faction with distrust. Anduin must learn that Light AND shadow are equals and learns void magic under Alleria, in order to kick Turalyon off his throne AND steal his job (we see him leading the light in the legion comic…soo i assume Anduin takes that job eventually anyway.).

Breath of the Wild but it’s Anduin and he has to save Pandaria from ??? and also Taelia is in need of help??? I dont know. I only just got off the plateau ingame and everything is murdering me.

eey, interest check! i might try and make a few WoW enamel pins– decided to first design Varian’s compass with Anduin’s portrait from the Legion CGI cinematic. would anyone want me to put these into production? I’m def interested in making more warcraft pins too

Legion/BfA-inspired Sylvanas and Jaina are up next, using the boys’ sales to help with their manufacturing!

I’m very excited to finally share this big ol’ Wranduin commission I got– which has been my first ever comm of the two of them, and probably my biggest non-work related project in a while! It was so fun to chip away at, thank you again!!
