Her boyfriend thought it was just playful.  He loved taking naughty pictures of her, and had been curious about a 3 way with a friend, so this was a good gauge of how that would go he figured.  Maybe she was finally giving in to his subtle hints.

Of course, he never realized, it was Kathy’s idea all along.  This wasn’t to give him a preview of what seeing her in a 3 way fuck might be like at all.  This was her way of getting him opened to the idea, of letting her try out the glory holes at the truck stop on the edge of town.
