If you look at the entire experience from the thought cabinet to the skills talking to - to also realizing that all other characters in the world have also their own skill checks that they’re also failing at which are mostly mental.. it becomes quite obvious that this was our main design, to simulate how the human mind works.

I’m always in awe of digital painters… there’s just no way I can really grasp how they do what they do, so this is An Attempt at digital painting lol. I think I’ll stick to pixel block style, but this was fun!
