The buffet

After your evening workout you decide to hit the new buffet in town, a fiew extra calories will help with your bulk and it s not like you have a six pack showing anyway .

The waiter seems a bit too cheerful in suggesting what to order ,but you do not care .

You are starving and you need food.

You order 5 plates ,and as soon as the greasy foods arrive you start gorging yourself


Your belly expands,but you do not notice.

You do not notice finishing your 8 plate either. The waiter keeps cheerfully bringing you more and more food to devour.

Your belly baloons and grows


At the 20th plate, he starts bringing you desserts .you keep eating without even caring about your stomach begging you to stop.

More food,more plates,more fat.


“i m sorry ,we have to close ! See you tomorrow ?”

You nood and waddle out ,not even thinking about workinf out ,you mind only focused on your next meal

Bulking with Max pt3


Two weeks come and went and it was time for another check with Simon.

Max was clearly self conscious of his current situation ,he has spent the last weeks without even touching a weight and eating way too much off the diet. He could feel Simon judging his softer body even if he was trying his best to suck in while he was stepping on the scale

“230lbs,not bad at all” stated the trainer

Not bad ?Max was as confused as he could be. He was clearly fat .

“ here s your new workout and diet plan ,try to stick to it as you did this time,but try to increase the protein shake,you should be 260 by next month ”

“260? But… Won’t I be too fat?”

“ it s totally normal to gain some fat while bulking…i s be surprised if you didn’t! Just try to cover that belly with your shirt !” Said Simon slapping Max’ belly the was overhanging out od his shirt


The grociery list on his new diet was quite different from before, pounds of chicken and rice were now substituted by pasta and cream,fruit snacks were changed with donuts and cookies.

“are you…are you sure this is right?”

“why ? Isn’t this what you’ve been eating lately ,pig?”

Max blushed “n..no ! I’ve just been a bit busy…”

Simon made one step towards him,with a couple of protein bars in his hands

“you ve been busy stuffing that fat face of yours!”

Before he couls even reply ,the sweet chocolate flavoute filled his mouth. Max started chewing automatically

“ thats right ! This is the only workout you need ”

Said the coach laughing witha big grin on his face.Quickly more bars were stuffed in the boy s mouth until the whole box was empty

“not bad,now lets see you in a month to check your progress ,fat boy ”

Simon tossed a couple of more boxes at him and closed the door.

Max was confused .What has just happened?! He checked one of the boxes:

“gainer bars 500 cal each”

Simon just made him eat 12of them. 12 bars. 6000k cal and he just chowed them down without skipping a beat.

His rubbed his stuffed gut ,since when he was so big?!


He was bloated like a baloon… He had to do something . Find another trainer would be the first step,Simon wasn t clearly in his right mind…

“delivery for Max from Pizza Pizza!”

Shouted someone at the door.

Vincent had sent him more food? Fine… Max will have to deal with his problem tomorrow
