Shinsuke was, more than anything, an attentive boyfriend. He was like a perfect shadow, an excellent presence to keep fresh air in your lungs, and to have him seem mute and distant for the past few days was, admittedly, strange.
You assumed nothing of it, you knew it was an innocent misunderstanding by the way his nose was buried in a book for hours on end to study. This topic was killing him, and it certainly showed on your usually calm and collected Shinsuke. His golden eyes dimmed with exhaustion, hair tousled from distressed carding of the locks, even the skeletal slimming of his cheeks aged him like spoiled milk. All you wanted was to help your poor man, but instead you were left with unread texts and his friends asking you the same “is Kita-San okay?”
i did a poorly drawn from memory haikyuu!! challenge, just for fun :^) all one layer (above the template haha) and all without sketching first which is why there’s absolutely no consitency between portraits
