Hi everyone! I have just finished building this really cool starter house for the jungle, full with interior and exterior details. I got really inspired by the in-game jungle temple and put my spin on it What do you think?!

For the past couple of days I’ve been thinking about something. If you follow me on Instagram or Youtube, you’ll know that for every build I do I always make a quick timelapse of how that same build is constructed, which is just satisfying to watch. Apparently, this blog passed its 4 year anniversary recently! Thank you all for the continued interest. Here’s some random screens of what I’ve been working on lately. Composing “good” or aesthetically pleasing shots has been a bit difficult because of how patchy progress has been, but there’s definitely things around worth showing off.

Apologies for the lack of posts, I’ve decided to totally “reboot” my city project with a new style, new layout, and new texture pack. The speed of progress will probably be slower due to the level of detail involved, but I also won’t be held back by feeling the need to create an interior for every single building. (A time consuming process which I rarely enjoyed and generally had “meh” results.)
In addition, I have a master plan of sorts for street-by-street development more or less set by now, which should help to avoid hangups in that regard as well. It’ll be interesting to see how this unfolds; there’s a lot I’d love to see redone in this new, heavily inspired by TRSstyle.

Work has commenced on Downtown East, which will eventually be the gateway to a factories/warehouses type district (and King’s Isle, someday).

Apologies for the lack of updates - the part of my house my PC is in gets super hot during the summer, between that and being busy motivation to build has been a bit lacking. Progress is still happening, though!

Another map update render. Spotting the little changes between each update is like a game of Where’s Waldo, though some of the additions here are a bit bigger and more obvious than usual.

A midcentury ranch home in a “new” development I finally broke ground on recently. Haven’t used the default textures in ages, they’re not bad but having tried it again I can see why I almost always use a resource pack.
