New Zealand won the toss and bat.
England debuts for Ollie Robinson (Sussex) and James Bracey (Glouc).

20190611 - St James Theatre, Auckland: Closed since 2007 after a fire, it’s been sad watching restoration efforts stall for the past decade. Very weird that the future of this heritage building is tied to the successful completion of a commercial apartment tower next door. Wish art was appreciated for art itself.
