Hello friends I did some drawing… meet Barney and Lovette!
@isaterriblebore and I created these characters together for our starlight express RP’s/fic and we both absolutely adore them.
Barney the steam engine is Rusty and CB’s adopted son, and he has always had a passion for racing even before his dads found him and took him in!
Lovette is Dinah and Greaseball’s daughter, she’s a lounge car, so a carriage like her mama, and shares her mum’s talent for cooking but also her dad’s love for racing!
Due to Dinah and CB’s close friendship, Barney and Lovette grow up with each other and playing race is their favourite thing to do, so naturally when they’re older they want to enter the race together! But they also realise there’s some mutual feelings there…
